Dispute Credit Card charges, You must do this

Companies that try to take your money under false pretenses rely
on the laziness of consumers to continue their operations.

If you feel you have been deceived in a transaction you must file
a dispute with your credit card company. This is the only way we
can protect each other from continuing online rip offs.

Give as much informtion as you can, especially if you find the
company is doing business under several different names.

Also, tell others about it. Tell at least 2 others and encourage
them to do the same; particulary tell people involved with the
industry the company is targeting.

aka Simplicity Group, LLC. I am in a dispute with them because
they claim to be drop shippers but actually sign you up for a
commision sales program.

Bush, ebay, others, actually read your correspondence

I am so damn sick and tired of politicians and companies not reading
the emails and letter and letters we take the time to compose and
send. How do I know they aren’t actually read? Because no matter
how carefully crafted the letter is to Bush or another politician stating
my absolute opposition to their position I get the form letter thanking
me for the support. No matter how detailed and precise my email is
to a company describing my technical problem I get a reply that the
problem was a temporary issue and is now resolved, even whent it
isn’t.

So what was the inspiration for this rant? Ebay. These jerks pawn off
the excuse of “some intermittent issues” due to “high traffic on
the site” with the date of whatever day you happened to have the
problem on . Come on ebay. Read your damn emails. Fix your damn
problems. And start acting like the good internet citizen your corporate
marketing has worked so hard to portray you as.

Tried to respond but

I tried to respond to this blog post but got a message that I must be logged in.

Here’s rant 1: If you ask us to respond, then set up your blog right!! I spent time to create a thoughtful post only to be blocked. Geeze.

Here’s the post, which is a rant in itself:

I don’t know how Bush, his administration, and congress can live with themselves calling estate taxes a “pocket book issue”. With the new inheritance tax passed at 1:41AM this morning, July 29, 2006 helping only those receiving more than $1,000,000 and providing a windfall of 30% to those receiving over $3,000,000 these people should drop to their knees and beg forgiveness for making such a statement.

Since the government feels they don’t need this money anyway why not pass a provision to allocate the taxes being returned to the ultra-rich to the national debt or alternate energy research instead?

Jerks.
